Delivery policy
1. DELIVERIES TO THE UK
- We dispatch your order within 1-2 business days – UK delivery is normally within 2 to 3 business days.
- We must allow 28-days before we can assume the item is lost before we resend another package or refund.
- You will need to pay re-delivery charges or any Parcel Force surcharges if the courier is unable to deliver your parcel as a result of you are not available at your delivery address.
- Please note: Business days are defined as Monday-Friday 8 am – 6 pm. If there is any doubt – feel free to call us
Free delivery for orders over £20 in CO1, CO2, CO3, CO4, CO5, CO6, and CO7. For all other orders in Colchester £3.20 will be charged.
You may also pick up your order from Colchester – 2 Cadenhouse Mews, CO3 9BW.

2. BACK ORDERS
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not in stock, we will email you to inform any available options which is flexible for you to choose.
3. DELIVERY PRICING CHART
- Small order’s gross weight is less than 1.7 kg – £3.20
- Medium order’s gross weight between 1.7 kg and 18 kg – £6.90
- Large order’s gross weight between 18 kg and 23 kg – £7.90
- Extra large order’s gross weight between 23 kg and 28 kg – £9.90
